[ Akrinak wades in, tossing his towel back onto the shore as soon as his waist is obscured. he splashes fully into the water, eating his marble as he goes.

his back and arms remain unchanged, the thick waves of his deep blue hair flowing outward as his ponytail comes undone. (whoops.) his merman tail's a lustrous pink, a lighter and softer shade than his usual transformation's aura.

on the front side of his chest, however... his skin's turned translucent, revealing the faint revolving Core where his heart should be. it's not exposed, so he can be touched without issue -- and besides, it's just cosmetic, right? right??? ]

[ Breathing isn't the issue so much as movement underwater, so Wanderer very reluctantly pops the marble and dives into the water before the transformation can take place above water.

He looks vaguely like this, except with more blue instead of teal tones, with a lot of frills and fins that he's not especially happy about. Maneuvering in the water is easier with the amount of fins he has though, so he pulls slightly away from the others. ]

Can we still communicate like this?
