OLD NPC CALLOUT POST HERE

NPC CALL OUT POST

Here, if an NPC isn't around in a post in a main comm, you can hit them up for quests or general questions!

BLOSSOM

Unless noted here, she can be found practically anywhere within the pasture, usually with a big book or trying to help or pacify sheep. ETA as of day 100...she's around! Just her reactions and/or helpfulness may vary.

Stormy
???
He is not as visibly present as Blossom, and may brush you off! But if Blossom is around he's usually Some Where, even if it's not obvious. ETA as of Day 104 Stormy is unavailable! Sometimes. He might still pop up, just not as you know him.

Daisy & Coco

Shop Info
The recently reunited Bell Sisters have upgraded their shop!
Daisy provides all dairy for the Pasture, so you have to ask her if you want anything like that, especially ice cream! She can make other sweets too though, and is also the resident Potions Expert. Note: Currently Daffodil has exclusive access to her butter supply, and Clover has exclusive access to her cream. If you want any of these items, you need to ask them! Rose also knows where to find natural spices/tea (currently: Saffron, Macha, Rosemary, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, and Cardamom)

Coco now provides the pastures with Rations! ONCE every IC week, a flock can spin the wheel to see what rations they get--but they have to do a mini quest for them! Don't worry Coco's quests are always silly and easy. As Daffodil's priest, they also get to spin the wheel after every game for a freebie.
Public Wheel
Daffodil Wheel
People can also ask for occasional quests for Pre-made foods (like a whole pizza), but it will depend on the time and reasoning!

Red

Red's shop is open from sunrise to sunset! He's more than willing to chat and barter. Do not try to talk to him at night.
As of Day 92, Red is Officially Thistle's priest! Thistle can get massive discounts on items if they so choose.

The Snake

The Snake is a mysterious little entity with a grudge against Blossom! He will only willingly appear for Weeds, but others may have a chance to glimpse him. . .

???(Vera)

Vera is the Priest of Rose! She is very devoted and will do anything for her rosebush. She lives within the Rose barn currently, so you would need Rose's permission to talk to her/interact--especially for her unique power!
If she bites you, she can inflict a random time related status effect! It can last anywhere from one hour to one day! Spin the wheel to see what you get!

???(The Lady Demon)

Lily's former priest, turned demon after an [incident] with Blossom in the past. She'd cast away her past life before becoming intrigued with the new iteration of Lily, taking an offer to become their priest once more. She has a more demonic form but often takes the form of a small sheep in a hat. She is the only priest capable of traversing outside the fence safely. While fond of Lily, she is very fickle and flippant toward other flocks and wolf-kind especially.

(???) John Deer

Formerly a young 'gem deer' stag thought to be the son of Jim Deer, John was actually the sole survivor of a small ruined pasture, and taken in by the Earth Spirit out of empathy, and transformed into a spirit. Now with some of his past unlocked, he acts as Bluebell's priest. He as the ability to bless Holy Artifacts to make navigation in the mist easier, and pieces of his antlers can be used as such. He has the attitude of a sulky teenager though, so he won't always comply.

(???) Sham

Clover's former priest that ran away in shame when he couldn't make good on a bet to save his flock when he made a deal with the Gambler demon. A soured drunkard, he has been living away in various sanctuaries over the the last [xxx] years. He's now been forced back into his role as priest as 'payment' for the debt he owed the Gambler Demon. Once a week, he can change Clover's various fruits into alcoholic wines. He, however prefers beer and hard liquors.

RETIRED - NAYTHAN (Charlie)

Naythan is supposedly a priest from a ruined pasture in the mist. After calling for help, characters accidentally on purpose made him a horrible zombie body, so he is constantly falling apart. His memories aren't totally clear, but he still has enough power to make small Deals with residents. He can be found vibing in Peony's garden or staring blankly at Blossom from a distance. ETA DAY 96 Naythan's true form has been revealed and he is living in the Wolf City with Ceo, wowie!

To call out an NPC, just comment with the time and day and you'll receive a response!

I spoke to you before about the potion I use here to keep a human form, but I don't think I ever asked you if there was a non-potion alternative. A spell of some sort, or a way to make it more of a permanent ability. I'd been comparing everything to the way it was back in my world, but perhaps there are more options open to me here?

I think I would stick with the potion before resorting to demonic pacts, but I'll put that off to the side as an option. Far to the side.

What are we looking at in regards to alteration spells?

Yes, I don't think that should be a problem.

[If Crescendo doesn't want to look at him for a while, there's still a few others he should be able to ask.]

[He frowns as she goes over the instructions.]

That's very helpful to know, but... Is there a version that doesn't require me to keep this individual around every time I want to go into the water? This is less convenient than the potion is.

Ah. [He looks relieved.] I see. I apologize for the misunderstanding. The main purpose of asking about this was so that in an instance where I might find myself separated from my flock and/or my belongings for any lengthy period of time I wouldn't be stuck on land as a merman. I had an incident recently where this happened and it was rather demoralizing.

[He doesn't know about the kissing option. Asking Crescendo for that would make him feel like he was stringing him along. Perhaps Belle...]

With this spell... can it be used both ways? If there was a human who wanted to spend time a merman, I mean.

... I see.

[Crescendo it should be, then.]

I'll keep this memorized and I'll bring it up with him. You've been immensely helpful, Ms. Daisy, as always.

May I ask you one more thing while I have your ear?

What information do you have on the various flowers that are found in the pasture here? Do you know of any that were used specifically in matters of worship?

I'm looking for something with a connection to the Forever Snake specifically. I was told their followers used to offer a specific sort of flower.

[GOODNESS, HELLO.]

Oh my. And here I had been planning on seeing you next, Coco, if Ms. Daisy wasn't sure.

Infinity roses?

Yes, I do believe I get it.

Can any of the ones you mentioned be found in the pasture?

Sorry, do you mean plant regular roses in the mist?

I would exercise the utmost caution and attempt it only at the edge with a means of seeing what I was working on.

If I were to attempt growing them, how long would that take?
