NPC CALL OUT POST
Here, if an NPC isn't around in a post in a main comm, you can hit them up for quests or general questions!
BLOSSOM
Unless noted here, she can be found practically anywhere within the pasture, usually with a big book or trying to help or pacify sheep. ETA POST BABY GAME Blossom can't be contacted! Stormy is in charge--if asked he'll say she's working on shit.
Stormy
He is not as visibly present as Blossom, and may brush you off! But if Blossom is around he's usually Some Where, even if it's not obvious.
Daisy
Daisy is only ever found in her ice cream parlor. Where does she go at night? Mystery. Note: Currently Daffodil has exclusive access to her butter supply, and Clover has exclusive access to her cream. If you want any of these items, you need to ask them! Bluebell and Rose also knows where to find natural salts.
Coco

A mysterious cat found in an underground maze. She currently guards a chamber full of rations, and occasionally distributes a small amount of corn, rice/grains, breads, special root vegetables, and chocolate/coffee. Currently only Daffodil can access the area. ETA As of Day 27 Coco can be found in a little building outside of the fence!! Only Daffodil currently can get inside still, but people can see and talk to her from the windows.
Red
Red's shop is open from sunrise to sunset! He's more than willing to chat and barter. Do not try to talk to him at night. ETA AS OF DAY 31, RED IS MIA. There is a sign on the door that says "Taking Time Off :) If Emergency, ask BS or use your Sheep Rites!"
The Snake
The Snake is a mysterious little entity with a grudge against Blossom! He will only willingly appear for Weeds, but others may have a chance to glimpse him. . .
To call out an NPC, just comment with the time and day and you'll receive a response!
Re: Daisy, late day 16
As annoying as Red is, I know he probably wouldn't eat anyone. I remember the phrase being something of local slang of course. I don't know why. It just comes naturally to me.
Re: Daisy, late day 16
[ sighs. ]
If you had to pick between the two for yourself, would you?
Re: Daisy, late day 16
But I can sit on most beasts and win, so. I'm more so in the predator category.

Re: Daisy, late day 16
[ mildly annoyed at himself for getting off-topic in the first place --
holds his hand out, catches the polaroid picture dropping out of thin air. it's a snapshot of a single book page, bearing the following text:
- Blossom is a traitorous fiend responsible for the "disappearance" of the Wolf King's only child. The Snake also said that "they" killed the Wolf King's only child. "They" implies Blossom and Stormy? The Snake mentioned both "disappearance" and "killed," so it's unclear if a body was found or not. Honestly it's also unclear if she actually killed anyone or not.
- The Snake heard of this information secondhand; this murder happened "before his time". But as a "descendant of [the Wolf King's] loyal servants" he's been tasked with "bringing her and her ward (Stormy, probably?) to justice" in the form of destroying the pasture. He claims that the Weeds that help will be "fairly compensated" by both himself and the king. And that he'll return Weeds safely to their realms.
- The Wolf King is a king who rules beyond the mist. According to the Snake, he is "Kind, benevolent, and powerful!" His words, not mine. And he rules over all "the people of beasts".
- There aren't any other servants outside of the Mist other than the Snake. "Traitors don't count," implying Blossom was a servant at one point? ]
I meant it when I apologized. But — well, I'm sure you know that that's not the only reason I came to see you. You've been both generous and reasonable toward us so far, so I wanted to ask for your insight.
[ slides the photo over to Daisy. ]
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trusting the snake blindly. At the same time, Blossom has lied to us as much as the snake has. It's hard to know who to believe. So... if you're able to confirm or deny any of this, it would help immensely. For our safety.
Re: Daisy, late day 16

sir this is a dairy queen,]
Well, I didn't take you all for conspiracy theorists. This is all. . .unsettling, but how does it imply that she's a danger to all of you?
Re: Daisy, late day 16
She summoned us here against our will, refuses — or is unable — to tell us anything, and now the snake is using the black collars to target us to get to Blossom. You know what's more dangerous than being fodder? Being ignorant fodder with "strong personalities".
Look, if she did kill the Wolf King's child... there has to be a reason, right? If we knew anything, maybe we could help her in ways that don't involve blindly following Red into the mist.
Re: Daisy, late day 16
I don't think she's the type to willfully murder someone, but if there's a bounty on her head, there's likely a reason. That said, while I can't speak for Red, neither Stormy or I remember much of this place's history. All our faith lays with Blossom.
She and Stormy woke up before me, after all.
Re: Daisy, late day 16
... Was the pasture different to how it is now, when you woke up? Size, weather, inhabitants, anything. We weren't here, obviously -

[ insert physical description of Ai Hoshino ]
Re: Daisy, late day 16
Of course I remember her. Blossom and the others are watching over her right now due to her condition.
It's just--I can't really recall them, but your flocks have all been here a long time.
Re: Daisy, late day 16
[ she seems like the type. ]
I'm going into the mist. Not now, but at some point. Guess I'm too much of a conspiracy theorist to sit still.

Don't die, sugarbell.

One last thing, though.
