Death... [ hm. ] Go on. And what were you trying to do with that? [ does it look similar to the other rune? the one that blossom had drawn? since kaveh had copied that into his notebook after bothering her. and he's going to do the same with this one. ] You going to summon that creature too?

Oh, no! If Death were to cross over this realm, every plant, animal, and mortal would wither up and die instantly! That's suicide!

I can't imagine it's going to be for a mere chit chat. I'm going to need a bit more detail about what I assume is also a suicide mission.

In a way, yes. I won't mince words. But once we appease her, she'll bring you back, I'm certain of it. She was quite cross with Blossom for trying to get around her rules, so now, she won't let anyone escape her wrath.

But I know how to calm her. And, I couldn't ask anyone but you guys.

I told you! Death. She's almost as old as time, and wrote some of the ancient texts.

As for you guys. . .well, I considered Clover, but they're rather young, aren't they? They wouldn't want to do it. Thistle seems. . .rowdy, and might offend her. Rose DEFINITELY offended her. Daffodil seems a bit, self serving, and Lily should be on standby in case anything happens on this side of the realm.

...ah. My apologies. For some reason I didn't think that was an answer to my question so much as the problem that you needed help with. [ hooboy. that has him nervous, since he doesn't want to offend her. ] What would you like us to do? Rose upset her, so you want us to... try to fix that?

And I imagine asking her about those texts would make matters worse. Blossom is using them and clearly doesn't know what the hell she's doing...

[HUP. He spits up a crystal collar. It glows faintly with an other worldly energy.]

But one of you will need to grasp it. . .as you die. Your soul can hold on to it far better than your physical body.

And yes, this is the entry point. It's for going into, not pulling demons or entities out of it though.

First, you all would need to touch the sigil, indicating your intent and resolve. Then, one of you needs to make sure you're clutching the artifact.

Then, consume a berry. It'll be quick and painless, so when you return to your bodies, it'll be as if you were simply sleeping.


So it's somewhat of a suicide pact, but for a good cause.
