Imagine that but like, with Ceo's fur as his eyes go wide.

He doubles over, clutching his head as a fierce wind picks up all around him. Those who remember their first encounter with him recognize this spell, though it's not him producing it. Windows and glass shatter, and they all begin to be lifted off their feet. Better hold on to each other or at least like, try not to get cut by glass.

He lets out a whole as the wind goes into overdrive, blowing them out of the tower, and then, out of the city itself. In fact, they're flying through the mist! But. Something is different.

They hear the whispers of despair, yes, the bitter hopelessness and the like. But they also hear. . .names. Thousands and thousands of names. Whispers on the wind, familiar and not. You can't help but wonder.
