I believe that you'll try that for all of five seconds before any kind of conflict arises.

Distraction will probably be better. Just because the bodies turn into mist doesn't mean their absence won't be noticed by a shift change.

...unless this place ignores employee mandated breaks, in which case we'd be doing them a favor.
