I don't... think he wants you to regret it. I might be wrong, but... I think he's upset that he didn't realize how much you cared about him. There's a difference between "Minuet is upset because I died" and being told what you did afterward. Especially for you two... actions always seem to mean more than words.

We may not know how close you are to dying, but "almost empty" is very different from "halfway empty".

If, somehow, we can't... there's no one to protect you. - not... not that you need protection, don't think I'm saying that - I know you're strong - but I've seen enough of him having your back from his memories. Even in a short amount of time, you can get used to that kind of feeling.

If you're going to go it alone, then you should be able to protect the person he cared about most of all: you. If using that power only once more cosigns you to death... it's better to make sure your energy isn't at an all time low.

... I understand this is not what you want to hear. I understand this may not be at all what you want to do. I simply... I'm trying to think of it how Styx might. How... I would.
