I know you're not unfamiliar with breadmaking, but I thought I would bring some of my own as a thank you now that the yeast is ready. There's some crushed sunflower seeds in the crust, so hopefully you don't have any allergies. It's fairly basic otherwise, but I'm pleased with the overall success.
